I think that if, for whatever reason, you were in the state of mind where you thought that drawing a star on your wrist in permanent marker was a Good IdeaTM then you probably did well to get it on the same limb.
...And its claws are as big as cups, and for some reason it's got a tremendous fear of stamps! And Mrs Doyle was telling me it's got magnets on its tail, so if you're made out of metal it can attach itself to you! And instead of a mouth it's got four arses!

People do all sorts of strange things in their sleep without realising it.

Double transfer ? , if so there would be a third star somewhere, e.g. inside pajama sleeve.

I looked at that quickly & thought it said plasma sleeve.

I don't think people have too much trouble with plasma in their jim-jams, something along those lines maybe, but not quite plasma.

Did you notice any other symptoms - difficulty with spelling...syntax...perhaps?

When I was a mere lad, I went to the chemist and asked for some condoms.

"That'll be 3/6d plus tax" the chemist said.

I replied, "Bugger the tacks, I'll stick 'em on with sellotape".
