Summers are in and so are erratic power cuts..And when its time for studying, we have no electricity..
Getting inverter at your place can be quite expensive and that would definitely show in your electricity bills.

Summers are in and so are erratic power cuts..
The very rare power cuts we experience are in the winter when power lines may be brought down by a combination of wind and ice. Where do you live?

I'm half expecting for someone to turn up and say
"I have no problem! I got a back up power supply from whizzopowerdotcom"
Then we can close this thread as spam.
But to give you the benfit of the doubt, I agree with Ophiolite- we generally get power cuts in Winter.
I'm curious; why does the power fail in Summer where you are?

I do love synchronicity.About half an hour after posting my earlier remarks a severe thunderstorm swept over my home and we had a power failure that lasted almost three hours.

Presumably electrical storms then? I remember having summer power cuts during summer lighting storms when i was younger. not so much now, perhaps the grid is in better shape?
