I would take it as a compliment.As for Coberst, I would say he is a man who hides behind a veneer of intellectuality. ie he uses intellect as a shield to hide his social ineptitude. Not that I've met the guy but this is my guess. I can usually sum up what he is trying to say in a sentence and then I'm on to something else. I guess I'm a bit hyperactive.
