Who originated, devised, wrote the Scientific Method?  It appears to be the best approach devised by man to establish Theory.  But will it disprove a negative?  Is there any other approach that is similar?  Thanks for comments.  Joe L. Ogan

You can't disprove a negative because an absence of proof is not proof of an absence.
