« on: 30/10/2005 18:36:54 »
I'm considering buying this stuff but I have not read where anybody has lost a significant a mount f wieght.  I need to lose abot 36 lbs to get down to an acceptable weight for a promotion within 4 months and about 15 by December.  I thought this would be the answer.  Can anybody say that they have lost 20-30 pounds in 4 months from this stuff?  Thanks to anybodybody tha responds.

Hey Phatbastard - Boy do I feel awful calling you that.  Laurie, I believe, has lost 18 lbs in about a month; and Angellee has lost somewhere in the ballpark of 38 lbs.  I'm almost sure its been a lot less than 4 months for both of them.  You will probably get more responses if you go to the zetacaps forum.  Good luck to you.

PB,
My sister lost about 40 pounds by walking everyday after meals and watching her diet. She did use Weight Watchers but really all she needed was a support group and the know-how to put her on the right path.
good luck-stay healthy and safe.
