(I rephrased your post as a question as per forum guidelines.)

To answer your question, there is no physical way what they're claiming is true.  You simply can't get unlimited free energy by using magnets.  Some very smart people have been experimenting with electromagnetism for centuries, and no one has ever seen this happen.  (If they had, they'd have applied for a patent and become rich.)  Remember, it's very easy to fake a youtube video since you only see what the poster puts in front of the camera. 

If that's not enough to convince you, a scientific result should be repeatable since scientific results have to be verified by other scientists be fore they're accepted. Try this experiment yourself and see what happens.
