Good Morning from Virginia!

My husband is planning on switching to a paleolithic diet in hopes that this will help his digestive issues (IBS).

On the other hand, I have no diegestive issues and enjoy eating some items that go against the paleo rules.

Would I see any serious changes and benefits if I switched fully over also? Is it true that our bodies do not absorb things like calcium and vitamin D from milk?

I drink a glass of organic whole milk every day, this would probably be the most difficult thing to give up.
