I'm writing a book on my theory. I'm not going to tell other researchers my theory because that would ruin the surprise.

Its not althogether clear how the water got there yet; let alone how old it is. the leading hteory is interaction between charged particles in the solar wind with oxygen in the lunar surface - but his is by no means the only one.  perhaps if your theory provides a predition of age and method of production you should get it into the public arena before any further information is revealed; a prediction of presently unknown data will in the future go a long way to bolstering a theory's validity
