It's certainly a lengthy discussion, I have an opinion about POIS but I don't think I'll insert myself into the conversation, there have been way too many ups and downs.... I'd probably just get frustrated and pull out!

I know what you mean though about the fish. I should be more careful considering all the toxins in them these days.... the way I decide what foods are best has always been a bit mercury-al!
