Shouldn't Christmas & Christ have capital letters?

I 'celebrate'* Xmas [:D] - How about you?

Me and my sons went to church for my husbands sake. My sons protest by singing rude words to the hymes or doing them in fake Yorkshire accents. They also do things like when the vicar asked "Which animals were first in the stable?" my son shouted "A partridge in a pear tree."
Murray is going to sit and read Richard Dawkins next year.

I think I was about twelve when I decided religion was not working for me. Paradoxically, I still enjoy singing in the church choir at Christmas.

Does that mean I'm not really an atheist?

IT depends on how good your singing is - you may be converting people to atheism  [;D]

This song by Tim Minchin (even if he is an Australian so the weather references don't exactly match with mine) totally sums up my feelings about Christmas.
Go listen to it, it's lovely ;)

Ouch! A very low blow indeed Graham  [:D]

(Actually, I may not be all that bad - my brother was a professional opera singer, and, obviously, I must have a better voice than him.)
