Calculating the amount of diprotic acid from [H+]

I have the concentration of H+ in a solution, and i want to calculate the amount of malic acid (diprotic) pKa1=3.40 and pKa2=5.20.
If it was monoprotic i would use the henderson hasselbalch, but its not.
