Channelling the Sheepie here.............

Why is it that, after going to relieve my bladder, and having emptied it, I have the urge to go again soon after? I have no problems with my prostrate, and do not have a 5 minute bladder. A goodly initial amount, but the second round is often only a few teaspoons worth, but the pressure felt the same.

Like the aforementioned Sheepie....... Hugs and Kisses   xxxxxxxxx

If frequent and urgent urination are recent symptoms probably UTI ... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urinary_tract_infection

Quote
The symptoms of a bladder infection include:
Strong need to urinate often, even right after the bladder has been emptied
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000521.htm

If these symptoms are chronic possibly "neurogenic bladder" ... http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0001761/

None of the above, just something I notice every so often.

I have this strange problem as well - and, as a woman, I don't have a prostate gland!   Could it be that some urine stays in the bladder after you have desperately "emptied" it?
