Why Does Using My Less Dominant Hand De-Stress Me ?
« on: 27/03/2012 11:49:28 »
Dearest Stressologists.

As a sheepy I of course suffer stress all day long !..Stress about how can I service all my adoring fans  ?........Stress regarding the whereabouts of my next holiday and where to purchase my next holiday home !..it's tough ewe know !..there's only so many continents !

Take a look at Cecilia and Mrs Greenbow....they too are stressed !!

Cecilia Is Stressed

Mrs Greenbow is Stressed

The solution to relieve all this stess is quite simple !...ewe just need to stir your coffee or brush your teeth using your less dominant hand . Or in the case of Mrs Greenbow and Cecilia (and all girlies) they just need to wash up the other way round and hold the duster in their less dominant hand ! (I realise they may need assistance to figure which hand that is !)

So why is that ? Why Does Using My Less Dominant Hand De-Stress Me ?

Is it a preoccupation thing ?

If ewe can let me know I would be very grateful and it will cheer ewe up that ewe have helped me ….which is nice !

hugs and shmishes

mwah mwah mwah

Because it takes more concentration and prevents you from thinking about whatever is causing you anxiety?
Because it slows downyour movements and therefore your breathing and heart rate and you feel more relaxed?
