Papa Smurf,....ha, ha, ha,........good one. I think he looks a bit like the bald fellow on Myth Busters TV show. Albeit with hair, beard, and a very ugly sun tan.

I believe the masks were created to see if security staff could be fooled by such disguises, like in the movies.
