We have plenty of politicians that can handle that task and honestly, we might assume an equivalence in IQ for both as well.

 A sheep has the capability to recognize a face after many years and that is to say they have a brain that has memories. I think it's IQ is>that of a frog.

Most sheep of my acquaintance are active in the mornings, spend the day outdoors, follow instructions, and grow up to be something useful like a sweater or a haggis. Now if Prof Morton could teach teenagers.....
