That is masking the problem, not addressing the root problem that was the failure to cope with the traumatic event. Coping, understanding, finding meaning, empathizing. Those are methods for aiding in PTSD. Not, smoke weed, it will make it better. Sure, if I have lots of troubles, I can smoke them away and simply not care due to amotivational syndrome courtesy of cannabis use. But, that isn't the right thing to do. That's breaking one finger to take your mind off of your finger that was already broken.
lol... The title and/or implication is extremely misleading, and I am more than willing to bet that the acual study methodologies are flawed at best.
