If the photon is higher dimensional construct can it act as an entropy channel?

Higher entropy allows for current flow even when no voltage is present.  If the photon is a representation of a higher dimension infiltrating our 3D space, could we harness the dispersion of this higher dimension as a form of extremely high entropy to harness the power of the universe?
