Funny how we always seem to assume that our models are right and the observations are wrong.
Why don't we instead consider that Ceres composition may be an indication that we don't know as much as we think we do about Solar System formation?
We are made of Spacetime; with a sprinkling of Stardust.
Matter tells Spacetime how to Flow; Spacetime tells matter where to go
