Could you fuel an anti-gravity device using nickel magnet to break up water molecules?

   I have a solution for the fuel needed to power an anti-gravity device. If  you use a (possibly) Ni magnet to break the  H2-O molecule, then  we will have enough energy to power the field needed to cancel gravity.

We already use the combustion of hydrogen to power rockets. And it works.
helping to stem the tide of ignorance
