Can the Kerr metric be reduced?

Can the Kerr metric be reduced?

Any point in space-time surrounding a massive object may be identified by a position vector. The position vector is based at the geometric center of the object.

A displacement is associated with the identified point. The displacement may be represented by an incremental displacement vector acting at the identified point.

Both vectors may be called “Kerr vectors”.

The Kerr vectors must relate to each other, to the dimensions of space-time, and to the material characteristics of the object (length scales). These relationships will give the Kerr Metric.

Can spatial rotational dimensions be associated with the time dimensions? If so this will “reduce” the Kerr metric.
