I have this one:

Roses are red,
bile is green,
and white blood cells
going from my spleen.

P.s. this originated in one video about why is pee yellow and poo brown(by minuteearth)

the cosmos expands like a bubble.
Except in the past,
it did not grow as fast.
So it just might be headed for trouble.

Hmm, to keep with the rhyme, I might have made the last line:
"We'd all be dead."
