Unlikely. I love watching movies with Captain American in them. What he does almost seems to defy physics. Muscle cannot perform in the way shown in movies and neither can biochemistry, no matter what kind of serum they give him. The best they could do is  give him steroids but that'd just make him stronger and bulkier, not faster and more agile like the Captain.

In science its it cannot be said whether something is possible or not. Just whether its likely given what we know at the present.

I think all things which are shown in movies not always true but still there are some supplements that can maintain the body shape. So, no one can say anything for sure.
