are there apps that would let me use my Galaxy A5 as a deaf aid ?

I am sure there are if you know where to look I would like the Galaxy 5 to transmit what it hears on its microphone or receives on its radio to my Bluetooth head phones.
If frequency response and compression can be configured so much the better.
