Is it sound advice to sleep with your legs elevated to reduce their swelling ?
« on: 04/05/2020 17:00:41 »
I know that the likely advice you will give is that I should ask my doctor but that is easier said than done these days when all they are interested in is the COVID-19 death count.
Everyone suggest I should sleep with my legs elevated but this worries me that the water will move from my legs where it is a painful annoyance to my lungs where it would be lethal.
Is this a false fear or am I wise to take it into account.
The oedema is mostly caused by amlodipine but my blood pressure soars without It .
