Yes. Magnetic fields exert a force on moving charges that is proportional to the velocity of the charge (relative to the magnetic field), the strength of the magnetic field, and the amount of charge that is moving. The force is perpendicular to both the magnetic field lines and the instantaneous velocity of the charge.
