how can microscale vessels be actually made?

how can microscale vessels be actually made?

microscale vessels carrying acoustic waves and oscillating bubbles are benkig developed to carry meds. to precise locations in the body. great! But how can such things be actually made? they can only be seen with high powered microscopes so how can anything handle them let alone insert anything into them? I have read about the composition of the nano vessels but nowhere does anything say how these things are actually constructed - is there a special machine? They are quite complicated.

Many structures can be made with similar techniques to manufacture of computer chips where the materials are laid down, or trenches dug using light and masks.  It's sort of a 3D printer where atoms are added or removed at a slow rate similar to crystal formation.

As for filling them, I have no idea.  I cannot see how a container might carry acoustic waves.  More reasonable is that the waves are generated from outside and focused on a particular point and the containers (which just float by randomly) will break/open at the place where the acoustic waves are focused and thus deliver their cargo to precise locations.

Some researchers are creating self-assembling particles using a membrane similar to a cell wall.
If you use a chemical which is hydrophilic (water-loving) at one end, and hydrophobic (water-hating) at the other end, an oily medication will be enclosed by a membrane made of this chemical.

If you have a water-soluble medication (or cancer drug), you can make a 2-layer membrane, like real cells.

Make these globules small enough to float around in the bloodstream, even making their way through capillaries, and they can reach all parts of the body.

Bombard them with ultrasound of the right wavelength, and you can burst them open, delivering medication right where it is needed, without affecting the whole body.
