Is WMAP 1D only with everything expanding away from us? What happened to 3D directionality after the big bang? Digressing from WMAP, can two galaxies with identical cepheid variable star frequencies and true brightness (the same distance from us) have considerable different rates of expansion if one is expanding in a opposite direction to us/and the other galaxy?
