Is there a proven method for improving overall memory?
« on: 24/07/2020 10:12:52 »
Dan asks:

Is there a proven method for improving overall memory?

Adding to that if I may, the same question for concentration?

Can anyone help?

Youth and sleep.
So you recommend sleeping with someone youthful?

Might give you something to remember.

I'd add exercise and proper food to the list.

Yes.

It's called "writing".

Before writing, poetry helped, like the epic poems of Homer (15,000 lines long), which were relayed verbally for centuries before they were written down about 800BC. Probably music helped too,
