Hello

if something rotates clockwise, how can we use that rotational movement to make something else to rotate anticlockwise?

What are the available methods for this?

connect spinny thing 1 to a generator and the generator to a motor, and the motor to spinny thing 2 (and make it spin in any way you like!)

You can actually make the same thing rotate anticlockwise by just looking at it from the other side.

It will depend on what is rotating.  Rotation depends on where you are standing.  Passing thru Sol's plane will reverse the solar system.

Flipping will reverse any rotation. This is the way electric current electrons change the direction of the EM field, of the current.  Current produces an EM field that opposes the driving EM field.

There are other ways.  Mechanical has been mentioned.  The reversal of voltage can reverse rotation, a reversal of M flux can reverse rotation and a reversal of current can reverse rotation.

Handedness can reverse rotation.  For instance, wind one coil right handed and another coil left handed.  Allow same direction current into coils.  You will see the magnetic poles flip, with that handedness.  A M field is always in rotation.  That's why a fast change in current causes current spin on the conductor........the physical cause of current delay from voltage phase.  You can see this for yourself with ferrofluids.
