what do we still not know we got from there?

We know the universe had a beginning
We know it continues to evolve. And that each of the atoms in our bodies has roots in the Big Bang and in the processes that took place in stars that exploded billions of years ago.
The gold that our jewelry is made of, the calcium that our bones are made of or the iron that is in our blood.
All of these came from the same "dust of the stars."
Each star is a factory for the production of light or heavy elements.

But the interesting question is, what do we still not know we got from there?
(Ah .... we do not know)
And if precisely that part which we have not yet attained which exists within us, may bind us to the same phenomena which surround us.

No. We have some evidence consistent with a big bang but no reason to believe there was no precursor.

Where do we come from? Who are we? Where are we going?

The beginnings of life is a big mystery in biology.

The largest-scale structure of our universe in the past is dominated by cosmic inflation. The future large-scale structure of of universe is dominated by Dark Energy. Are these related phenomena? What drives them?

The galaxy+ structure of our universe is dominated by Dark Matter, but we don't know what that is.

Wikipedia has long lists of major unsolved questions in many fields. Here is a list of the lists:

They might be related phenomena, in this sense : don't  "Cosmic Inflation" and "Dark Energy"  both have a certain resemblance to past theories such as " Universal Ether" and "Phlogiston".
