I prefer a towel or paper towel over blowing my hands because it makes them feel over dry.. economically that's better for my hands..LOL Less hand cream and gunk on my hands!LOL

I read, recently of a new electric hand drier  which had no heater but used a 'blade' of very high speed air, which strips the water (and, presumably, residual grot) off your hand, leaving it bone dry. Very economical.

Where does the water go to then ?  Is it collected in some basin or spread around like a mist ?
