The upper specimen was found in a girl of 18, dying of cholera in 1854 whilst under the care of Dr. Addison. The lower from a man of 50 who committed suicide in 1957 by jumping from a window. This specimen was the first such seen by Prof. Keith Simpson in over 44,000 autopsies.
