A 1971 autopsy specimen from a 17 year old female who had a family history of obstructive cardiomyopathy. Her father, uncle, sister and five cousins had the disease (See Brit. Heart Journal 1960, 22, 449). She was admitted with probable cardiac arrest, resuscitated, but died five days later.
