A 1971 autopsy specimen from the Dreadnought hospital comprising a partly hemisected testis showing multiple soft, yellowish, gummatous foci separated by strands of paler fibrous tissue with little residual normal testicular tissue. One of the necrotic foci has almost ulcerated through the tunica vaginalis. The cord is not affected.
