Credit where credit is due

I ama strong believer in giving credit where credit is due.
Consequently, I would like to publicly acknowledge what I regard as exceptional customer service from Canford Audio -
http://www.canford.co.uk
- who supply specialist audio and broadcast equipment and ancillaries. The prices they offer are not cheap, but the quality of service and advice given is exceptional.
I needed advice on a fairly bespoke solution for an install and the staff were helpful, interested and spot-on. Moreover, when a component failed they immediately sent me a new one, and when one item wasn't right for the intended purpose they sent me something more appropriate, refunded the original and even paid the return postage.
They even phoned me back to keep me up to speed on an order return and refund (thank you, Joan).
Overall, Canford Audio, you offer a really excellent service.

Chris,
Did you ever get your
Insurance Woes
straightened out?
It is good to hear that at least some companies go the extra mile, and have good customer service.
There is actually one local Eugene gas station that regularly washes the customer's windows, if they aren't overly busy, and I believe they will even check the oil if one asks.
