What do you need to deodourise it for? In how large quantaties?

You could try putting it through a water filter you don't want to use ever again. For no reason other than it is easy and conceivably because a lot of the smelly things are going to be aromatics they are more like graphite than the less smelly alkanes so may stick to activated carbon better.

Although I would like to point out that I am not a chemist so probably talking rubbish;)

Tell me you don't want to deodourise it so dogs can't smell it? Suspicious lol.
