How Easy is Time Travel?

We all agree that we can never produce enough energy using conventional methods to send an object back in time. But do we have to find that much energy ourselves? If say you wanted to break something.. what is easier than just dropping it and letting gravity do the work for you? The same can be said about time travel, the energy is there we are just looking in the wrong places.
As you may know almost every atom is made up of 99.9999+% unknown/dark matter that exists between the protons, neutrons, and electrons. If the Universe really is expanding then we only have to create the correct amount of light energy (laser) to reduce this space by any degree and the entire energy of the universe will 'correct' itself. Thus pulling what ever object is subjected to the 'light' back to a point where the majority of that 'space' exists. Think oil and water, cream rising etc.
This is beyond riding the wave of zero-point-field as it is mathematically calculable to predict the 'return point' once you have established the reduction of the atomic space and its effect over retro/time against the level of light energy used.
Obviously when the atomic dark matter is reduced by say a spatial measure of say 24hrs the object that will not revert in real time to a place where our planet was yesterday. It will appear inline with its launch point or in other words it will appear 25K miles in front of the earth as it was 24hrs ago. That's physics for you.
So the mathematics to send you back to a point where you can stand on a moving planet is incredibly complex, but theoretically possible, it might be as temporary as a scuba diver can spend at a good depth. And similarly not something you could do without a good suit, for the benefit of all involved.
Hope this makes sense and helps.

Ahh, only one thing missing in the definition. The universe do expand as you say. And it is constantly also in a 'equilibrium', meaning that the 'energy' you define is existent in any new 'patch' of expansion. Where from?
Ok, I might have missed some other points, but if you have a answer for this one I'll try to lift them up.
Promise :)

If you think/analyze in a personal context, you could say that a turkey sandwich is a time travelling object n the refrigerator/chiller box/fridge is a time machine. 🍗 🍞 🍔
Subject :- Re: How Easy is Time Travel?
Based on your own Personal/Subjective definition of the term "Time Travel" you rightfully have the freedom to conclude that time travel is a piece of cake served on a silver platter with a golden spoon. 🍰 🍝
P.S. - (there's no reason to be gloomy when you hear/realize that Time Flies, always remember that yoU aRe The Pilot.) 👍
