really
hate it when that happens....Drinking lot's of water is good first line advice...when I had mine I was in Siberia and the doctor gave me an injection to generally dilate smooth muscle tissue which were in my ureters (connects the kidney to the bladder), had me walk around the living room in a circle for an hour or so (it was -15 C and sunny outside) and then take a hot bath...it felt so
good
when I could take a decent leak again!
