Thanks all, very interesting. Looks like there isn't a magic way to satisfy a sweet tooth!
So just to clarify, if you were trying to stick to the recommended 30g of sugar per day and you ate, say, a nakd bar which is 16g of sugar but contains nothing but dates, cashews and raisins, you've actually used up over half your daily limit (but at least taken in some nutrients)?
