The problem has been that money is tight in the extreme and traveling to the post office is difficult since any travel increases my pain, which is chronic.
Your chronic pain condition is probably a more serious problem than your so-called bipolar condition and backed by real evidences.
I disagree. The pain causes or increases depression and depression can be lethal.
There's no evidences that chronic pain may increase depressive disorders. Correlation is not causation.
