I think that gravity is a cyclically variable curvature. A gravitational field is a concave space that contracts and expands cyclically. In this view, 1 and 2 Kepler's laws are irrelevant because orbital ellipses are inexistent geometric figures that we create with our imagination when we watch planetary movements around a circular space (solar gravitational field) that expands and contracts cyclically.
