Can we create "Dark Cheese"?

Shane McCarthy asked the Naked Scientists:
While listening to your wonderful podcasts on my morning commute to lab, I dreamed of Dark Cheese. Yes, I said Dark Cheese. Dark Cheese is not like your run of the mill cheese, but it's cheese made from colliding protons. OK, at this point you might think I'm a little crazy but the idea is straight forward and combines lessons from two recent podcasts: "The Higgs Boson Song" and "A Sound Way to Make Cheese". I would love to see Domenico Vicinanza (Electronics and Sound Engineering Research Group at Anglia Ruskin University) and Tom Leong (Swinburne University) collaborate to convert the data from CERN to ultrasound waves to create a matter so unique in it's composition. Yes you guessed it "Dark Cheese". Therefore, should experiments colliding protons fail to prove anything further about the Higgs Boson or even Dark Matter, then we can all enjoy Dark Cheese as a delightful alternative to our usual light Cheese spread and crackers. Hopefully you don't think I'm crackers!!!!
Best wishes,
Shane
