Hello
Unfortunately, all my efforts to synthesis methcathinone by using potassium permanganate failed.
I conclude that permanganate is a very strong oxidizing agent.
The ephedrine reaction causes it to break down and the Benzyldehyde substance is produced.
Now I'm looking for a complete synthesis of methcathinone. Easy to use and excellent performance.
I found out on the sites that
The ephedrine can be oxidized using sodium hydrochloride or H2O2 or other chromates instead of kmno4.
i do'nt know which of these methods work properly.
My question is this.
Which friends have successfully completed methcathinone synthesis?
Which method is 100% successful?
