Over it, please dont be stupid...he did not advertize anything ; it was a video of him talking in a stage about POIS ; He offers non treatment : OK, like anybody else in here...
Keep your Vitamin C high, your carbs low, keep in good spirits, laugh often, stay away from situations that make you angry, get enough quality sleep, walk about a mile a day minimum, breathe completely and fully. Best of luck to my POIS brothers.
[Sorry for the "welcome"..I had the chance to see your video before someone removed it as it was considered as an adv..too bad..I can give you some more reasons to apologise for me if you like:
Hi Guys. My name is Brett. I had POIS for 8 years and just presented my personal story on the main stageCan you not spruik your commercial product here please? There are enough charlatans on here as it is.

For most people at the conference it was the first time they'd ever heard of it. Look forward to chatting. And a special thanks to buddies daniel_b, rock27, and yaniv, along with a few other whose names I know, but forgot their handles. They're the guys I'm referring to in my talk.
It is possible to have overgrowth of bacteria and parasites but you have to go to a gastroenterologists to get proof. If there is an overgrowth of anything they probably will cause problems.
A consistent member that has been here a while believes he has cured is pois through his gastroenterologist. His gastroenterlogist treated him for overgrowth of bacteria.
It doensn't make sense that 30 diferents technics cure people that were 100% sure of having POIS ; non exhaustivly, cure was testosterone, SSRI, most of herbs we can find in the market, vitamine regimen, progesterone, cognitive therapy, multimineral therapy, panchakarma, channel calcium blockers, treatment for pyroluria, testicule removal, etc...and it just the one I remember.
My experience is after tried pretty much everything that the least I focus on it, the better I am ; POIS is surely a 21th century disease like CFS or neurovegetative dystonia
I think this has already been addressed but I just wanted to know how many of u have back or neck problems..pinched nerve or bad back spasms or shoulder (right shoulder)Absolutely, absolutely, I get terrible back, neck, shoulder, and pelvic pain/stiffness on the right hand side only during POIS. I get black rings around my eyes too, & what feels like an inflamed prostate. And my voice becomes very weak and croaky. And my breathing becomes shallow. And I feel like sh1t... Just sayin.
problems like repetitive stress?
That sounds like a loud of crap to me. This sounds more credible: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypochondriasis
could it be stomach parasites we have?
The study is our last hope.I thought you were cured thanks to Germany?
Hello. Just checking in after a long time.Haha, great link. Thanks.
I'm now being treated for my condition as depression and I'm doing a lot better. I now mostly refer to my condition as clinical depression triggered by orgasm. Relevant comments are welcome.
If this comic strikes a chord with you, it might be something for you to look into as well.

Talk to your doctor. The best to everyone.
Helps to relieve symptoms Pois
Take a head of garlic and select it through the spadefoot, put the chopped garlic in a jar and pour back a glass of fresh flaxseed oil (cold pressed). Let composition infused throughout the day in the refrigerator. The next day, take a lemon and rub it on the grater (I cut through and let the blender). Mix with the infusion of garlic. Take half an hour before meals three times a day, one teaspoon.
My recent posts reflect my personal direct experience working with Herman, which has been invaluable for my progress. While most of those who criticize him, haven't really had a chance to interact with him directly. For what it's worth, I initially judged his stataments arrogant, aggressive and dogmatic before having a chance to know him better. Then I changed my mind, even I still disagree with some of his aggressive attitudes and am skeptical on some of his ideas.
I thought it was due to share my experience before leaving. I'm not here to defend anyone who is very able to do it himself.
I have never stated that what has worked for me will necessarily work for others. I believe in fact that it's our attitude and being open to change our views that makes the difference, not just some external recipe coming from the above. Besides the things I have seen here in these few months, Herman's approach was the only one which factively helped me. If you still believe that Herman's approach=ceruloplasmin, I'm sorry but you got 1% of what he says.
One of the reasons I leave this forum is that I find exhausting, energy draining and time consuming to defend and justify my statements everytime, especially now that I feel better. And explain things I am not able to explain myself 100% from a "scientific" perspective.
If Herman's approach won't work for me in the long run (and this sounds like a spell: that day will come when you will need us again...), this is probably not the place where I will find real answers.
