Shooting a high frequency EM field axially directed to a just as axial straight wire doesn't produce anything in the wire. Any comments?
For instance, one directs a high frequency EM beam towards, same direction, as a wire...….same axial feature of the wire.....what would happen in that wire?

Is it a new theory ?

Is this:

It could be if no one knows the answer....
If you don't have an answer, it could be a new theory. Think about it.

Apologies for the second post....yes, I know the answer.
Does that still not make this question a new theory?

Are you talking about radio antenna physics?
If so, it's pretty well known.

Thanks for reminding me of pretty well known.
Looks like this conversation is over, right?

Is your question, what will happen if electricity was sent down a single wire in the opposite directions?
Obviously there would be some sort of force feedback.

Apologies, I was unable to answer the replies.
My question is about the idea that its not possible to have a straight wire like so:
_______ (WIRE A) (Carrying AC)
...and to then expect another wire compared to the first oriented as so, same axis:
_______ _______ (WIRE B, next wire)
...to pick up anything of the EM effect of wire A.
Any ideas?
< wires aren't moving, only AC in wire A >
