What is U/mL?

Hello!
I read here that p-ANCA in patients have a concentration of 5U/mL:
https://www.ouh.nhs.uk/immunology/diagnostic-tests/tests-catalogue/neutrophil-cytoplasmic-antibodies.aspx
What does that mean in mg/dL or mM in blood?
Thanks!
