What if the atom is not the smallest particle? Atoms are round, space is full. There must be smaller particles giving background to the shape of the electrons orbit, what defines the edges? And I don't think C is a constant, this will soon be broken. What if photons are already completely7 surrounding everything, but become charged, excited from waves of energy transported by ultra small particles, what if there is even more types, some affected by gravity, some effed by EMF, some are a capacitance

There are much smaller particles than atoms. The atom is not even close to being thought of as elementary these days. The atom is made from protons, neutrons, and electrons. The electron seems to be elementary at present, but the proton and the neutron are both made from combinations of up and down quarks.
c is constant
photons can be viewed as the force-bearing messenger particles of the electromagnetic force, gluons for strong nuclear, Z and W+- for the weak, possibly gravitons for gravity
