Five O's this week and I am in a pretty dire state, just this week I've lost 6KG from not being able to eat properly - slow digestion, most POIS symptoms are present and I've got so much brainfog that I can barely think enough to type this message, Sigh.

(It has no upper dose limit therefore is perfectly safe in higher doses, unless you are on blood thinning medication). It's true that absorption takes a little bit of time, about 40 minutes. You'll have to take it on an empty stomach for best absorption. Don't know if it works for everybody. Reduced cognition and fatigue are my POIS symptomps and it has shown to help immensely. I think it's worth a try. Im sure everybody will notice some difference from taking this. Ingredients. Mainly Bromelain, Papain, chemotrysin(or serapeptase), and proteolytic enzymes. http://www.zymessence.com/buy_now.html [nofollow]A little pricey. Maybe you should try this if the price above scares you. http://www.gardenoflife.com/ProductsforLife/SUPPLEMENTS/ImmunitySupport/WobenzymN/tabid/1900/Default.aspx [nofollow]Do you just use it once after an "O" or do you keep using for couple of days after.

And if that promise fails (mine often do), don't beat yourself up!
200% agree with Green's last post I had a high vitamin D level blocks the cytokine storm. --Day 1 for me and once again, no more Pois fever.I have the feeling to have a good controle of the inflammation.
