Can this be an efficient tool? Can it replace the ordinary hacksaw?
Can I find an investor here?

I still need an investor to produce it in large amounts
but it would be cheaper and easier just to buy two such saws!
But is it One blade at Top & Other blade at Bottom? So when Moved to n fro, it will Cut from Both ends Simultaneously?
This is not difficult I can build one easily as Kryptid commented I still need an investor to produce it in large amounts as well as a well made attractive product
By the way solid bars of metal need bigger pressure that a worker using an ordinary hacksaw cannot provide
Two saws will need two handles
Two saws will need two handles which are most expensive than any part of the saw.
Two blades used at the same time will increase the lifespan of the blades twice.
The rest is just two pieces of metal.
So why do I use an ordinary hacksaw and exert effort to just press it on the piece while a spring can do it? By the way solid bars of metal need bigger pressure that a worker using an ordinary hacksaw cannot provide
