Hi All
I haven't posted in years on this thread. Would just like to report back that my specific POIS problem is due to a bad body posture, especially the upper body. I have mild pectus excavatum (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pectus_excavatum)
I found by swimming freestyle a lot, and working on torso and abdoment muscles, the POIS is much less. Straight after orgasm I would take 2 voltaren pills (Diclofenac) for immediate relieve, but these pills cannot be taken too much.
If anybody knows why the Diclofenac works so well for me (inflammatory effects), please let me know if there is a less harmfull alternative. What about the rectal suppository option? Is it better than taking it orally?
What I like about Diclofenac, is that it deals with the mucus build up and causes an easy breating pathway I can feel into my lungs, if it makes any sense.
